Mr. McGovern is a citizen of United States, previously holding the role of the Member of Managing Director and CEO of AmRest Holdings SE co-founder of the Company. Since 1995 has served as President, initially of American Retail System (ARS) and, from 1999, of AmRest. Between 1993 and 1995, Mr. McGovern was a board member of ARS and President of American Retail Services, the real estate operator. Prior to that Mr. McGovern was President and Founder of Metropolitan Properties, a residential and commercial real estate company, and Student Housing Association, Inc, specializing in off-campus student housing for University students. He was also a founding member of the Young Entrepreneur’s Organization. Mr. McGovern studied Biology and Philosophy at Georgetown University and attended the London School of Economics. Mr. McGovern is currently a member of Young President’s Organization and Chairman of the Poland Chapter. Mr. McGovern currently holds 245.290 shares of AmRest. Mr. McGovern is 41 years old.

Mr. Robert Feuer leads Warburg Pincus' investment activities in Central and Eastern Europe and he also serves as a director of Centrum Coop. He was co-founder and managing partner of Cashline Securities, an independent investment bank in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as a vice president in equity research at Bankers Trust Alex Brown, prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2004. Robert Feuer received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a dual major in healthcare and finance and is a CFA certificate holder.

Mr. Joseph P. Landy is Co-President of Warburg Pincus LLC, where he has been engaged in all aspects of private equity investing since 1985. He is jointly responsible for the management of the firm, including the formulation of strategy, oversight of investment policy and decisions, leadership of the firm's executive management committee and the coordination of limited partner communications. Mr. Landy currently serves as a director of Bausch and Lomb, The Cobalt Group, and Telcordia Technologies. He also serves on the National Board of the Boy Scouts of America and is chair of its Innovation Council Committee. Mr. Landy holds a B.S. degree in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a frequent speaker at industry events concerning the many aspects of private equity and venture capital investing.

Mr. Raimondo Eggink is currently running an independent business consultancy and training for operators in the financial markets. He’s also a member of supervisory boards of the following companies: KOFOLA S.A. (Since 2004, previously HOOP S.A.), Netia S.A. (Since 2006), Debica S.A. (From 2008), Zespół Elektorciepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. (Since 2009) and PERŁA – Browary Lubelskie S.A. (2004-2005, 2008-2009 and from 2010). In the past, Mr. Eggink was a member of supervisory Boards of Stomil-Olsztyn S.A. (2002-2003), Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (2002-2008), Wilbo S.A. (2003-2005), Mostostal Plock S.A. In 1995-1997 Raimondo Eggink served as the vice-president of Brokers and Advisors Board. He completed studies on theoretical mathematics at the Jagielloński University in 1994, where in 2010 he did receive a PHD. He’s a Licensed Financial Advisor from March 1995. In 2000 AIMR (now - CFA Institute), granted him the title of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and since 2004, Raimondo Eggink is a board member of the Polish association of the CFA Society of Poland. He published numerous articles on the development of the Polish capital market and especially protection of minority shareholders. Raimondo Eggink a Dutch citizen permanently residing in Poland.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TRIGON Dom Maklerski S.A., the oldest Polish securities brokerage and investment banking firm. In the years 1997-2000, he was a Senior Vice President (Business Development), General Counsel and Secretary of @Entertainment Inc., the largest pay-TV company in Central and Eastern Europe and the first NASDAQ –listed company in the region. He was
also the President of Wizja TV, its DTH subsidiary. Previously (1995-97), he was a Country
Director for Poland of MeesPierson, an investment-banking firm (ABN AMRO group). He
began his career as an attorney with the newly created Warsaw law firm Soltysinski, Kawecki
& Szlezak (1990-95), as well as an Assistant Professor at the Business Law Department of A.
Mickiewicz University (1987-92). Mr. Schmidt gained a summa cum laude Master of Law
degree at the School of Law, A. Mickiewicz University in Poznan (1987) and attended
postgraduate studies at the University of California, Hastings (Fulbright Scholar 1991-92), at
Georgetown University, Leiden University and the TMC Asser Institute in the Hague (Asser
College Europe). He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where
he served as the Chairman of the European Board (2007-2009). He was or is a member of the
boards of directors of several public companies. Currently he is a Vice Chairman and a
Chairman of the audit committee of PEKAES S.A., a board member (audit committee) of
Sygnity SA, and a Vice Chairman of United Way Poland (Fundacja Wspolna Droga).
Mr. Sykora is a citizen of Czech Republic, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wood & Company Financial Services, leading Central European fully integrated investment bank. Before joining Wood & Company, Mr Sykora was a business consultant with Ameritech International in 1994 when he advised in relation to the first phase of the bidding process for SPT Telecom. Between 1991 and 1993, Mr Sykora worked part-time as an assistant to the Director of the Anglo-American Business Institute, Inc. During the same period he also acted as a tourist service consultant and started his own business to advise travel companies. Mr Sykora is serves as the Chairman of its Trading Committee of Prague Stock Exchange, , a Director of Autoguide Group, a Member of the Young President’s Association.. Mr Sykora gained a bachelor of business administration degree from the Prague University of Economics, a master of business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology (Prague Campus) and a master of economics degree from the Czech Ministry of Education. Mr. Sykora is 37 years old.
