RB 37/2010 Disclosure of Shareholding – Arka BZ WBK Akcji (3.91%)
The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest” or “the Company”) informs that it was notified by Arka BZ WBK AIB Akcji (“WBK”) that as a result of registration by the registry court on 10th June increase in the share capital of the Company (RB 30/2010), WBK became holder of a total of 738 975 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 3.91% of the Company’s initial capital and entitles them to 738 975 votes, i.e. 3.91% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
Prior to the change, WBK had 738 975 votes, i.e. 5.21% of the total number of votes at the Company’s AGM.
